+11 Pounds
We had a good appointment with Dr. Leight yesterday. As always, she is patient with me and my list of questions, despite being very busy. My blood pressure was 118 over 64 and the baby's heart rate was approximately 150 beats per minute. Maybe I can tell the sex from that... I'll have to research it. She did write down the sex on a Christmas card for us. I'm not sure if we'll open it, but I feel like it's calling to me...

well, if i remember correctly; and it has been quite a while; the faster the heart beat it may be a girl; BUT, as the pregnancy advances the heart rate slows...SOOOO; it's anyone's guess!! I also remember being told that in the beginning, due to the higher heart rate, we may all have been female at the onset....old wives tale...but, so much fun! I will make a prediction much later....Mom
