Well the great Rutland Fair was a great disappointment! I guess that shouldn't be a surprise. I was so excited to go, for the first time in 20 years. We were only there an hour and had already had enough. We basically went for Jacob to see the animals. He enjoyed touching a baby calf and seeing the chickens, goats, pigs, and some other creatures as well. We didn't even look at the rides. Jacob was really tired and I figured all the noise wouldn't help. Seems like things never work out as I hope. Oh well, maybe next year will be better!
